Refund policy

Should you not be happy with your order, or if you feel that the quality of the product is not to your standards, please return the product to us, and we will refund your order in full. If you are not happy, please contact us first.

Delivery Policy USE

Please count up to 6 weeks for delivery. We will normally deliver your package using Royal Mail or Parcelforce, but we might use other shipping providers on an occasional basis.

Use of pet sculptures

We strive to give you the best and safest sculptures possible, but please note that our sculptures are fragile, and children (or pets) can easily break them and possibly swallow small bits. Please keep these sculptures away from small children.
